Exceptional points emerge in the complex eigenspectra of non-Hermitian systems, and give rise to rich critical behaviors. An outstanding example is chiral state transfer, where states can swap under an adiabatic encircling around exceptional point, but only along one direction. In dissipative quantum such exceptional-point encirclings are often accompanied by decoherence, whose impact beyond description Hamiltonians. this paper, we study detail effects dephasing on dynamics, adopting full Lindblad master equation. Introducing experimentally relevant quantum-jump processes that account for dephasing, show gaps landscape corresponding Liouvillian superoperator. It follows transfer does not take place limit, since system always adiabatically quasisteady regardless Nevertheless, chirality restored at intermediate times, dynamics nonadiabatic both directions, distinct from typical systems. While our results applicable several recent experiments, examine a cold-atom experiment particular, observed long-time limited special path therein. Our paper provides further insight into experimental conditions, helpful controlling open-system perspective physics.
